Difference between Advise and Advice

Advise: to give an opinion or suggestion to someone about what should be done.

for instance, I strongly advise you to sell your old car.

Advice: an opinion or suggestion about what someone should do. 

for instance, My advice is to sell your old car and get a new one.

for instance, in British English the words practice and practise are different parts of speech (noun and verb)

Meanwhile, in American English the word practice doubles as both a noun and verb.
